TaleFlare provides licensed short-form entertainment through free episodes, coin unlocks, and time-limited or recurring VIP access.

Users must be legally able to enter a contract, provide accurate account and payment information, and may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or bypass access controls.

Each paid episode costs 10 coins. A one-time purchase of 100 coins costs $6.88 USD and never starts a subscription. The unlimited membership costs $24.99 USD per month and renews monthly only after the user gives separate, unchecked-box consent.

TaleFlare displays a renewal reminder at least 7 days before the next membership charge. Members can stop future renewal from My Account with a two-step cancellation confirmation. Access remains available through the paid period after cancellation.

Accounts may be suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, copyright infringement, or security violations. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
